Hiking at Runyon Canyon is by no means an experience in the great wilderness. However if you're looking for a fun hike highlighted by people-watching and amazing views of the Hollywood Sign, the Sunset Strip and the Los Angeles Basin, then this trail is for you. The Runyon Canyon Loop is about three miles round-trip, and there are numerous smaller hiking trails throughout the park. *Bonuses: There's the occasional celebrity sighting and an off-leash policy for dogs.
